Has extensive experience in raising capital for London listed companies from a range of institutional investors and has worked on transactions totalling circa $5bn. Guy is a CFA charter holder.
Mark Wheeler
Head of Corporate Finance
Qualified practicing solicitor holding a LLB in law from University of Bristol and LPC from University of Law (Guildford branch) Former Legal Director at Hill Dickinson LLP (London Office), a firm specialising in Capital Markets and corporate transactions.
Over 10 years experience as a qualified solicitor. Named as a key individual in small cap capital markets and up to £50m M&A transactions in the Legal 500 2020 edition.
Worked on numerous capital markets transactions including IPOs, RTOs and secondary placings
Broad experience of sectors including; resources, technology, life sciences and leisure & tourism
Also experienced in corporate finance and commercial transactions.
Liam Bulmer
Consultant
CF30 qualified with over a decade’s experience structuring bespoke debt, equity and equity-linked debt finance for listed companies. First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Business and Management.
Formerly Analyst at Darwin Strategic Limited and an analyst/Settlements at PrimaryBid Limited.

Focused on equity capital markets and IPO execution, with experience in financial modelling across the technology sector.
Joins Fortified Securities from a Cambridge-based technology M&A advisory firm, where he spent two years working on private market transactions in the owner-managed UK tech sector.
Sebastian Rodger

Joined Fortified Securities from a mid-to-late stage VC fund, and was a consultant to a leading Japanese fintech group.
A triple scholar from the University of Chicago majoring in East Asian Languages and Civilisations, alongside a background in Computer Science. He also completed a year at Waseda University, Tokyo and speaks Japanese.
